DeSutter Homes Inc. is owned and operated by Frank and Ingrid DeSutter. The company became incorporated in 1986 and is registered as a TARION builder maintaining an "Excellence" ra...ting with TARION (former HUDAC/ONHWA) every year.  DeSutter Homes is based in the Aylmer, ON area with homes built in Tillsonburg, Long Point, Copenhagen, Port Stanley, St. Thomas, Mossley and several areas in between. Frank is well known for accurate quoting for potential clients based on a full set of plans at no charge. He firmly believes in the homeowner knowing all costs involved from start to closing with no unwanted "surprises"  Frank is a hands on Builder (NOT a General Contractor) in attendance at all job sites accompanied by long time employees, son, Rob DeSutter and nephew, David VanRoestel. Combined they are physically involved in all aspects of the construction of all DeSutter built Homes. Several of our licensed sub-trades and suppliers are local to the Aylmer area as well. Our aim is to ensure the entire process from start to completion of your new home is an enjoyable venture.
